AVO being a subsidiary of the Davidoff Cigar brand, it’s no surprise they are really proud of the cigars, But is the RITMO worth the perceived prestige? Mehh not so much. Boasting a fairly complex blend, this cigar at first glance is very intriguing, however the components used just didn’t seem to be complementary of one another. A few times we experienced flashes of good, but it was always short lived, leaving us with blue balls just like prom night. Construction was fairly good for a box press, only providing the few dead pockets that we of course anticipated. Coming in at around 12.00 per stick its safe to say like most Davidoff cigars, the RITMO appears to be overpriced. There are certainly other cigars on the market in that price range that are superior to the RITMO. If it were priced around $9.00, this cigar would be a pretty good deal for what you get.
