The Breakdown
I really enjoyed reviewing this one because for the first time in a long time, I had to expectations sitting on the table for me. No hype or criticism.. Just myself being one with the cigar.
Immediately I noticed how great the construction on this sample was for having a very light Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, one of which was unexpectedly oily as well. I had no issues with the burn to speak of and actually this cigar produced a very stunning thick white ash that when left behind, resembled an Albino looking sugar snake firework.
I thought the flavor of this cigar was typical and nothing about it screams profound, yet despite being tame, it was somehow pretty satisfying. A consistent balance of sweet and savory was palatable for sure, but it did lack just a bit in the complexity I thought the combination of tobaccos might give me.
The price of this cigar is certainly satisfying coming in at $7.00 a stick. If you just want to smoke and not ponder over the experience, this is a good cigar to grab.
