Omar de Frias is proud to announce the company’s latest blend, the Fratello Piccolo. Different from the Fratello Classico, the Piccolo uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with the same binder and filler as the Classico. “We used a different wrapper on our Classico blend and picked up some great flavors! The combustion and aroma were absolutely incredible.” said de Frias. Fratello Piccolo will debut as a 4 x 34 in 100 count boxes. The MSRP for this cigar will be $3.30 per cigar and will begin shipping in August. The Fratello Piccolo is being made at Joya de Nicaragua.

You can get your hands on this cigar for just around $8.00 which makes it a pretty damn good deal. There isn’t anything challenging about this cigar, so in terms of recommendation, but really feel there are some out there that may find this cigar to not be in their wheelhouse. If you do grab one, do yourself a favor… Drink it in the morning with a good cup of coffee. You won't regret it.
Conceptualized 20 years ago when Don Rafael, manager of the small store next to my home, brought me to watch a torcedor (cigar roller) perform his art. The torcedor finished the cigar, handed it to me and said "Kid, welcome to the true gentleman's club"...
