The Breakdown
Perhaps it's a moot point to even talk about how well a Roma Craft cigar is made. It is extremely rare to find their cigars sitting on a shelf not looking of absolute perfection, and in this case, with this cigar, that appeal is no different. They are some of the only cigars that from a distance, you can tell how amazingly made they are.
Minus a bit of a tight draw which feels par for the course with these perfectos, this cigar smoked wonderfully. I love a cigar that ashes so well that it’s reluctant to fall off long after it should. I think it is worth mentioning that as time went on, the draw began to open up and the smoke production followed suit. By the end this cigar was smoking as intended.
I struggle a little bit with the balance of this cigar. The flavors that were pronounced being heavy spice and earthiness were almost overly pronounced and the ones that were a bit more desirable being the subtle sweet from the wrapper seem to be muted. That being said, it is still a pretty good cigar all things considered and at the moments where it’s good, it’s really good! ill refrain from making any comparisons to the all amazing Cromagnon blend as well, as I think it’s important to understand that this cigar has earned its spot on the shelf, and for many, I can see this blend being one of the most desirable in the Romacraft line up, it just really isn’t for me.

Coming in at the low low price of $6.50 (typical of a Romacraft) this is still a pretty darn good deal by all means. At that price you would be crazy not to try it for yourself.
