Proving that some things do improve with age, this cigar is a total silver fox! Aging Room F55 Quattro’s beautifully aged, Sumatran sharp dressed Dominican blend has aged like a fine wine, humming with sweet notes and subtle spice that are sure to please the palate of any cigar enthusiast. All three of the cigars that this team reviewed had near perfect construction and appearance. We literally found ourselves nit picking this beauty for flaws.  One cigar had some very slight cracking near the foot from freight/handling but otherwise, these cigars are dressed to impress in that sexy sumatra wrapper with an oily, bold box press finish. Perhaps the only area where this cigar suffered, two of the three cigars we reviewed went out at the halfway point. The F55 burned evenly and produced a beautiful, creamy volume of smoke that filled the air with wonderful sweet aroma’s imported straight from the Dominican Republic. The Aging Room F55 was perhaps the most deliciously balanced Dominican that the Big Six team has enjoyed to date. It left us satisfied and eager to burn another. This cigar absolutely fooled us once this beauty was torched. Biting at the tongue with lite spice and a rush of nicotine, we were convinced that this was an Esteli, Nicaragua production. What a surprise to learn that this stick is a Dominican powerhouse.  The F55 Quattro flavors and burn stayed consistent through the finish with the only disappointment being that two of three sticks we reviewed needed re-lit at the halfway point. That being said, this Dominican currently takes it’s place at the table for Dominican productions.
