146 years since Plasencia completed their first harvest, the Cosecha is no doubt special in the fact that it holds so much meaning to the family. Like most cigars in the Plasencia line up, this cigar is constructed stupendously. It is nice and firm to the touch, and carries a density that you know will make for a great smoking experience. The burn was pretty remarkable as well, giving you a mouth full of smoke, only putting little effort into the draw. A slight harshness is noticeable from the get go, however is tapers off into a nice mellow sweet and tangy back and forth combination through the remainder of the smoke. The Honduran tobacco offers up just enough bitterness to keep you on your toes, and of course wanting more. Coming in at $13.50 retail, this isn’t unlike others in their line up in terms of price. Don’t let the price tag scare you though. This is a real treat that can be enjoyed by all.

You can get your hands on this cigar for just around $8.00 which makes it a pretty damn good deal. There isn’t anything challenging about this cigar, so in terms of recommendation, but really feel there are some out there that may find this cigar to not be in their wheelhouse. If you do grab one, do yourself a favor… Drink it in the morning with a good cup of coffee. You won't regret it.
