The Breakdown
AHHHH a CAO. boy oh boy it's been a while . I'll start off by saying I am glad it was the Anaconda.
Visibly this cigar is gorgeous. Really one of the most appealing cigars on the market in my opinion boasting some amazingly beautiful tobacco with a production quality to suit.
Unfortunately I had experienced multiple burn issues, including several runs, pitting, and ash splitting which made smoking this cigar a real pain in the ass and of course on humid and windy night in Florida.
Despite the burn challenges, the flavor was one of excellence. At the onset it exhales very strong floral notes, which typically isn't my cup of tea, but it was incredibly pleasing coming from this cigar for reasons I can't explain. The flavor of this isn’t perplexing and won’t cause you to scratch your chin in deep thought , but is very enjoyable and consistent throughout. The floral coupled with a bitter sweet combination, makes this cigar very yummy.
$10.50 is the average price point which outpaces most in the CAO line up, but there is a reason you pay more. It’s simply better and more importantly worth it.
