(Sigh) It’s so hard to forget my first date with the exquisite 2014 Las Calaveras. For nearly 5 long years, no other LC compared or made me feel the way she did. Sure 2015-2017 were all great LC girls, and we had a lot of fun! Hell, I almost moved on forever with the 2018, but the 2014 always managed to slip back into my mind as the one that got away. I would even say that nearly everyone who’s had the 2014 LC would agree with me. Until recently...

I finally met the Las Calaveras 2019 wearing a beautiful red label with the same Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro skin like her older sister. Side by side, I honestly thought 2014 and 2019 were twins at first! But as soon as I spent time with her I noticed how different 2019 was. Sweeter. Nuttier. Milder. Throughout the full hour and 45-minute date she really “buttered” me up. (keyword)

I really didn’t think I would ever find another LC more beautiful and fantastic than the 2014, but with 100% certainty, I can say 2019 is. This is the cigar that finally broke the spell that 2014 had over me. Since then I haven’t looked back and am on a strong road to recovery.

I enjoy this one so much I’ve been on 20+ smoke dates with her. The cigar gods crafter an amazing specimen here. She never runs on me; never goes out, burns great, and tastes phenomenal. Did I mention she’s not an expensive date? I think...I think I’m in love.

If you haven’t had the 2019 Las Calaveras yet you are for sure missing out. Get your hands on them immediately.
